EVENT HIRE FAQ

WHAT ARE THE SET UP REQUIREMENTS?

Our mobile setups require a level, undercover area with a minimum footprint of 3 square meters per station. To ensure a seamless bump-in and pack-down, venues must be wheelchair accessible with a minimum doorway/pathway clearance width of 850mm. Logistically, we also require access to standard power outlets and a strong, stable internet connection (either high-speed Wi-Fi or an Ethernet hookup) to power our instant digital sharing.

DO MY GUESTS HAVE TO PAY TO USE THE PHOTOBOOTH?

Not at all! For all mobile event hire bookings, the hosting client covers the package cost upfront. This means the photobooth experience is 100% free for your guests during your activation time. They can step inside, capture as many sessions as they like, and walk away with unlimited instant physical prints and digital downloads completely free of charge.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

We highly recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee your date, especially for peak weekend slots during the wedding and corporate party seasons. However, if your event is right around the corner or last-minute, don't hesitate to fill out our inquiry form - we will immediately check our team's schedule to see if we can make it happen for you.

DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?

Our standard event packages fully include travel to all venues located within a 25km radius of Eastwood (NSW 2122). If your venue sits outside of this 25km zone, a transparent travel fee will be calculated based on the location details you provide in your inquiry form and clearly itemized in your custom quote.

IS THERE A MINIMUM HIRE TIME?

Yes, our standard packages carry a minimum hire duration of 3 hours. While we can occasionally accommodate shorter activations or rapid pop-ups depending on schedule flexibility, please note that any booking under 3 hours will still be billed at our base 3-hour minimum rate.

WILL I RECEIVE THE DIGITAL PHOTOS AFTER THE EVENT?

Yes! High-res digital JPEG and dynamic GIF copies are accessible instantly after every single session via an on-screen QR code. Additionally, all captured media from your night will be hosted in a premium, private online gallery for 28 days following the event, giving you plenty of time to download, save, and share the full high-res catalog.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A SESSION?

No booking required! Our Eastwood studio operates on a walk-ins only basis - just pull up, grab your props, and shoot. If you have a highly specific or unique request, feel free to contact our team in advance, but otherwise, simply walk right on in.

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS?

You get the best of both worlds instantly. Right after your session, you can print your premium physical photo strips directly at the station. At the same time, an on-screen QR code will let you instantly download your high-resolution digital files and GIFs straight to your phone.

WHAT SESSIONS AND BOOTH ANGLES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our permanent studio features three distinct setups: our signature high-angle booth for that iconic 90s editorial style, a dynamic low-angle booth perfect for full streetwear and footwear fits, and a classic standard-angle booth for timeless eye-level studio portraits. You can choose your vibe when you walk in.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We make things completely seamless. Our self-serve stations accept both cash and card payments directly at the booths.

IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?

Yes, there is plenty of local parking around Rowe Street and the surrounding Eastwood shopping precincts. We are located right in the heart of the dining and retail strip, making it incredibly easy to drop in before or after a night out.
